"A 15 minute walk from the center of town, but we never minded it. There are a couple of nice places for dinner right nearby too, if you want a break from the pricier touristy spots by the Plaza de Armas. The hotel is spotless and modern, and the staff wonderful. We stayed there in 3 installments, with tours in between, and they held our bags, handled our laundry, and were extremely attentive to every need. Top notch service at a very reasonable price."

"Beautiful hotel with very well appointed rooms, lovely communal areas with places to sit and friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and lovely bar area. Location is excellent - you can walk to Cusco centre and around the area from the hotel. Only down side is the rooms are dark."

"Cannot recommend enough! We loved our stay. The room was nice, breakfast was excellent, but the staff was truly outstanding. They were SO kind and helpful. We were warmly greeted and welcomed with coca tea, which really helped our altitude difficulties. I really couldn't stress how much they helped with some minor travel difficulties. The location was great and there is a perfect cafe right next door for excellent, inexpensive meals. I can't remember a place I felt better about...

Está a 15 minutos caminando de la Plaza de Armas, que es poco pero por ser subida y la altura puede ser pesado caminarlo el primer día. "Son muy serviciales tratan de complacerte en todos ,todos los días limpiaban nuestra habitación y cambian las toallas ,nos preparaban meriendas para las excursiones en caso de salir antes del desayuno la verdad no tuve ninguna queja"

"I booked this hotel based on ratings, and I’m so glad I did! The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is delicious, and includes made-to-order eggs, omelettes, or an assortment of meats, fruits, etc. The breakfast staff are top-notch. A huge highlight of the hotel is their rescue alpaca, Kiki. She is adorable and her personality shows through. There is always filtered water and teas available. "HELLO, book 7 nights in april 26th , i liked the location ( away from the traffic and crowded areas) property was well maintained and the staff was super friendly and helpful , i would like to meantion all the stuff for their kindness , the only thing negative would be the dog barking , the windows are not insulated , over all we liked it .."
