Stayed for three nights over Xmas. The walk from the pub to the accommodation was across a muddy unpaved carpark. Access to the room was via a combination door lock and privacy in the room afforded by blinds at the door ,room windows. Unfortunately there was no internal lock on the door and gaps in the blinds afforded a view into the room from outside. The room was cold on arrival and took hours to warm up. The worst aspect was the small continental breakfast left in the room or delivered in the afternoon. It just consisted of a small cussion, butter, jam, small yoghurt, small box of cereal and a pint of milk with a very small carton of fruit juice with no choice. No juice on the first day, nor milk or cereal on the second with no resupply of hot drink sachets. There was a mini fridge to store that breakfast in the room but it was down on the floor which wasn’t ideal.
However pub staff were friendly, the water piping hot, Wi-Fi signal excellent and a comfortable bed.
