"The welcome from the the Receptionist was excellent ensured we had a suitable room to meet our needs. Hotel room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was heated individually, controlled in the room. Breakfast was excellent lots of hot and cold choices. Highly recommend especially due to the onsite parking which is a bonus in York. All the staff are very polite and friendly."

We received effective communication via email previous to our stay, swift responses to enquiries, which was very reassuring and informative. The hotel is in great location. "We had an enjoyable overnight stay at the Minster Hotel. We'd been given a room upgrade and it was lovely and clean and spacious. Everything you needed with tea and coffee and biscuits supplied. Bathroom was spotless. The bed was so comfortable and had one of the best sleeps ever. Staff very welcoming , polite friendly and extremely helpful. On departure,staff let us leave our luggage for a few hours to enable us to enjoy some time in the beautiful city centre and the Xmas markets. Will...
