"didn't have hot water in my shower and they said they were gonna send someone up. no one ever came. other then that the room was clean and cute. and vibes were cute. food at the cafe in the lobby was tragic unfortunately, bar staff was kind and had great drink suggestions."

"Website touted free breakfast as “a rarity” in NYC. At check in we were provided a card for free coffee and a pastry from the coffee stand in lobby. Coffee stand staff said we could only have coffee. Website shd be corrected to accurately represent that you only get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Bathtub needed replacement or scrubbing. Bed linen was very crisp and clean. Thank you! But not enough to keep one warm at night."

I did not like that they applied a $30 "required" amenity fee that was not disclosed during booking. With the fee, they provided a $20 gift card to be spent at their café or restaurant.
