"Good air con. Plenty of parking extra at rear. Clean room. Lots of light switches but only 1 worked. No shelf in shower to stand anything on. Taps in sink not enough height to get kettle access. Corridor lit very dim a bit creepy for ladies on their own. Price of drinks in bar were extortionate. Lots of cameras in bar ceiling I counted 9 at least. We finally found a few customers who told us that only member of staff doing front of house was getting ice cream for their daughter. "Manager very attentive upgraded rooms because of an issue with air conditioning. Small fridge would have been a bonus but everything we needed in all our rooms, extra water and condiments in hallway. Fresh fruit was a nice touch. Restaurant was 10/10. The only disheartening incident was being refused Scottish bank notes, it is legal tender, definitely not the welcome we expected. Scotland is still part of the United Kingdom."
