"Picked this hotel because of the price and reviews. Such bad advertising. The lobby is nice but the rooms are subpar. Chipped paint, drab, depressing. The breakfast was not at all what I would expect from Italy. Also, terrible customer service. The gentleman at the front desk was so rude about our party not having all our keys at the end of the stay. We stated we left the key cards in the rooms and he kept accusing me of lying.
