"This hotel is very modern and nice and the staff were friendly. We didn't use the free rental bikes but I thought that was a cool amenity. What we loved was the free 24 hr coffee and tea bar. So great especially when you might not be feeling so well and need a late night tea. The rooms were modern and a bit tight but cool. Where we felt it missed the mark was the design of the showers. At first I noticed the taller showerhead was tilted away from the shower area and I'm too short to move it, so my partner had to move it for me - not ideal for shorter travellers. Secondly, the light switches were weirdly labelled and the lighting in the bathroom was not flattering at all. The hair dryer also did not work, and when I told the staff as we were checking out, they said they've gotten a lot of calls about that and apparently there's some special way to use it - would be nice if they created some sort of FAQ card to go with it, but I swear I tried everything. All in all, it was an ok stay, I felt like whoever designed this hotel was trying hard to be modern and sleek but didn't think about practicality at all. The pet-friendly aspect and the 24hr coffee/tea bar were the real highlights of this hotel."

"We recently stayed at this hotel whilst visiting Krakow. The hotel itself is very nice. The breakfast is extremely good with lots of variety. My problems were with the room, we stayed on room 401. Whilst the bed was extremely comfortable the lighting in the room was very poor. It had lights below the bed and around the headboard with bedside lamps but there was only 1 light in the ceiling so therefore the lighting in the room was very dim. It also had 2 big armchairs in the room and a smaller velour chair, why so many chairs? The room itself wasn’t big enough for all these chairs. Also nowhere to put your suitcases. Also my pet hate not enough hangers in the wardrobe. My other problem was the shower it had a waterfall shower with a hose attachment. The waterfall shower had no power to it as did the hand held attachment. I have long hair and wash it daily so this was a problem for me. I eventually noticed a button which made the water come out faster but with was way to powerful but this is what I had to keep it on. Would I stay here again probably not because of the above reasons."

"We had a great stay. The room was a really good size, really clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location but still nice and quiet. It is easy to walk to the Old Town and other areas. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby."

"I absolutely loved the room layout, so convenient!! The whole complex is amazing, convenient location, everything is so lovely. The only thing is that I found a lot of short black hairs (presumably males) all over the towels and the bed sheets, that was a bit disgusting"
