"Das Zimmer war an sich gut, aber sowohl ein paar Tassen als auch die Gläser waren bei Ankunft schmutzig und mussten von uns erstmal gespült werden. Im Badezimmer an der Heizung war das Kabel defekt und im Schlafzimmer ging die linke Steckdose irgendwie nicht. Location war top. Alles zentral ablaufbar wenn man gut zu Fuss ist. Balkon war super. "

"Très bel hôtel Mérite presque un 5 étoiles mais non mis car problème de lumière dans notre chambre, et problème de robinet non réglés. Hôtel très propre, piscine au dernier étage top Petit déjeuner fabuleux, un des plus beaux que nous ayons fait Problème sur ce point manque d’amabilité d’une ou deux personnes Le reste du personnel est parfait L’hôtel mériterait presque un 5 étoiles Je recommande vraiment "

"A wonderful apartment with everything you need! The kitchen is very well equipped and I was able to even cook some simple meals. The apartment is on walk distance from the old center, Kazimierz the Jewish neighborhood, picking up place for tours to Auschwitz and just in front of the train to the airport. I’ve stayed for 5 nights."

"Really lovely hotel, really clean, absolutely spotless infact, bed was actually really comfy, breakfast was lovely, only downfall really was there was no other food options and no bar, you could order shorts to your room but it would have been a lovely touch to be able to go for a drink in the restaurant in the afternoon or at night and there was no option for this. All staff were friendly and spoke very good English, would highly recommend, would actually give 4.5 stars if able to"

"The hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and always available to help. The rooms are spotless, the towels are the best I have ever found in an hotel and the fridge is well packed. To say the only thing I found not to be the best are the soap dispensers (need a little strength to get it out) says it all! Located at the Jewish quarter, close to city centre, this hotel is a fantastic choice! I'm totally recommending it to some friends that are planning to visit Kraków."

"This hotel is amazing. The rooms are lovely, very cool decor. Even though they are smaller rooms the set up and amenities are excellent. There is sound from the TV in the bedroom and bathroom. So you can listen to the news while brushing your teeth. The spa is stunning, and so relaxing. Gym so quiet and has everything you need. "

"Bar was available if you spoke to staff - weather was cold so they sat in reception and would assist if you wanted a drink. There are a couple of Zabkas in the old town, The Forum is close by and has a food court. There's also an excellent restaurant on a boat a 2 minute walk away. "
