"Ezcellent hotel. Super close to the Jewish Quarter and extremely friendly staff. Loved the fact there was a free coffee and water machine to use in the lobby through out. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable. Would stay again."

"Loved this hotel. Our suite was enormous and everything was in tip-top condition. Master bedroom with ensuite, living room with addition WC. 2 giant TVs, a chromecast on the bedroom TV which was great as we quickly got bored of the handful of English language stations and we were able to access some of our favourite streamers. Staff were all really kind and helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. Location is perfect for exploring Krakow. "
