"The hotel is in a great location. It's quiet, there's a couple of tram lines that stop near the hotel and will take you to all the tourist attractions in 10 minutes and run very frequently. It's clean and pleasant. My only comment is that the front desk is usually not staffed, and I didn't receive instructions how to check in. "The property is in a good location easy to walk to sights . I was pick pocketed outside the hotel by “helpful ladies”. Who were standing at the door as if to go in and the door is heavy so they pushed it open and my bag and they grabbed my change purse from my purse! So maybe better watching at the door for these kinds of actions to deter from standing and waiting at door way and not hotel guests. Other than that the breakfast was great and staff very nice"

"The hotel was great. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. We didnt use the restaurant as we prefer to eat out, wifi was good. Central location and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. About 25 min walk to th3 old town square, but its all walking. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Krakow. 10/10 from us."
