Far enough away from the touristy areas that you felt like you were in a local neighborhood, but close enough that it was an easy walk to many of the highlights. "Hotel was spotless, near to shops and transport outside of bus stop and tram stop. We were at the front of the building so was a little noisy with the tram but we got used to it after the first night. Garden to the rear was lovely. Rooms are big and very comfy lovely bathroom although I did find the shower very slippy. Breakfast lovely great choice."

"The hotel is in a great location. It's quiet, there's a couple of tram lines that stop near the hotel and will take you to all the tourist attractions in 10 minutes and run very frequently. It's clean and pleasant. My only comment is that the front desk is usually not staffed, and I didn't receive instructions how to check in. "The hotel was great. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. We didnt use the restaurant as we prefer to eat out, wifi was good. Central location and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. About 25 min walk to th3 old town square, but its all walking. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Krakow. 10/10 from us."
