"The property was exactly how it looked on Expedia, absolutely stunning, a beautiful apartment. The owner/s were fantastic and let us check out slightly later and store our luggage until our later flight. You won't be disappointed if you are booking to stay here, nice big balcony too. "Room superb. Free bottle of prosecco and mini bar topped up daily of fizzy drinks, water and milk to utilise with coffee machine and kettle for tea. Great hot tub on roof and sauna, sauna has to be booked prior to use. Staff very friendly, even went above and beyond for us when our Auschwitz tour got rearranged for a 5am leave and they organised for a lunch box to he made up for us with us missing breakfast. Very impressed and would definitely be my go to hotel should I ever revisit Krakow."
