"Todo estuvo muy bien! El caballero que nos recibió fue genial!"

"Booked a year in advance. Initially they couldn’t find reservation. Wanted river view, claimed it was booked incorrectly and they couldn’t assist…..yet the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Getting in and out wasn’t timely and at now time did we feel like valued guests…..we won’t book again. PS~ This was our second stay. Our first the water was only hot. Repeatedly called, no help….. called following our stay and was blatantly disregarded. No one ever contacted us to discuss our concerns. ...

"Room was clean and service was excellent."

"I felt the staff was great. I am very helpful from the time we arrived until the time we left. The property was very clean &fresh. "Clean room and Staff are friendly and helpful"

The bathroom door didn't shut all the way and it was freezing in the bathroom compared to the room. The bathroom was accessible but not the actual ones room. The room was too far away from the...

"I have stayed out this hotel in the past but was disappointed by my stay and the lack of professionalism from the staff."

"Breakfast so little choice not taste good. Monday morning trashing truck came around 6:30AM for an hour. Bad"
