"So basic. There weren't even bedside lamps. only one chair. The sliding shower doors would not stay closed. I don't think
housekeeping came even once. Breakfast included was substandard. I would not stay here again and i would not recommend it to anyone. Finally, the location is not great."

"Everything was very good.
I arrived a little early for check-in, and my room was already available, which was perfect.
The gym was good, and the location was convenient.
Just be aware that Canal Street, in this area, has lots of street vendors selling fake designer bags along the sidewalk.
There are a lot of them, so the street is very busy."

"Dirty, dated and worn out with abyssal service from multiple staff members. The fridge in the room didn’t work. We called to get it replaced, and they sent a man from maintenance who said that he was able to fix the fridge, but it never did work. After multiple requests over our 2-night stay, they also never replaced it as they said they were going to do. They didn’t even bring us ice as they promised they would, when we proposed that temporary measure. The bathroom shower had foil wrappers...

"Absolutely perfect hotel for a 4-day visit to New York with my 12-year-old daughter. The bunk pod room is tiny but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the large window had a great view filled the room with natural light during the day. We loved buying our breakfast pastries in the cafe in the morning. The location was so convenient for sightseeing and also for catching the airport bus to Newark. We would stay again!"

Also, we were a few minutes late for checkout due to traffic and they were totally understanding and didn't charge a fee! I would start again for sure! Very clean room too!"
