"A good solid hotel near the IND airport."

"Embassy is ALWAYS our first choice of a place to stay. 1. we can give our teen privacy in the Livingroom or we can put our 5 year old to bed and hang out still in the other room. 2. Best breakfast buffet! This location was outside the city, no problem we had a rental car and it's worth it to us for 1 and 2 listed above. "We were greeted when we first walked in the door such an awesome staff from the front to the kitchen to time we left. The service was just on point. We didn’t do any bar because we’re not drinkers. It was awesome an awesome stay."

"Hello, I have stayed at the Hyatt House before and had a great time but this time U was very disappointed. Room was not ready time of check in and the manager had no customer service and was rude and not pleasant. Our room was good but there was running water kept us up all night. I would have expected more since it was race weekend and other festivities were going on around the city."
