"Charging 15 bucks for breakfast probably wasn’t a good idea "

"The condo was amazing and beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. I loved the view of the lake. It was peaceful, clean, and spacious. I wish I could e stayed longer. I brought a family of 6. We all had a place to comfortably sleep. There was an area for my children to play. Even though it was a little cold, there was an area for us to still get in the water and relax in the spa area. My family enjoyed our stay immensely."

"The bathtub was clogged and water pooled during shower, shower head had mold, beds were not very comfortable, sausage and eggs did not taste authentic. One out of three desk clerks were friendly. The carpet is wrinkled on the 3rd floor in the hallways, shower soap dispenser in shower was out of soap. The complimentary coffee is nice."

"The breakfast was an absolute cluster mess. Lack of food, no silverware, no plates, no napkins, no hot water, coffee was horrible if you could find a clean cup. Happy hour was a joke. The lines were horrible and again lack of food. Don’t advertise it if you can’t provide it. Our room only got cleaned one day. They charged us for parking though we did not park in their lots. That luckily was caught and removed from the bill. "

"Easy check in, convenient location. Nice water views. Amenities are enough for a few days. No wine glasses...but it was clean and pleasant! "

"Location is great, and we love old, historic hotels. This one is showing its age, but really looking forward to see what it looks like after its renovations!"
