"I had a very pleasant 4-night stay at the Kozmo Hotel. The room was comfortable, and I really liked the bathroom with its smart design and good lighting.
Breakfast offered a good selection to start the day well, and Benjamin from the breakfast team made it even nicer. The coffee machine can be slow at peak times, so a bean-to-cup machine might improve the experience, and including breakfast in the room rate could make the stay more convenient.

"Although we were only in our room for 12 hrs due to an early departure, the room, amenities and proximity to the airport were excellent. "This is a stunning hotel. I kept thinking I may not fit in with the clientele! If I have a complaint it’s the same throughout Europe, and that is, no top sheet on the beds, just a duvet with a cover. But the duvet is too hot middle of the night and way too cold with nothing covering me. But that’s not a slight on this hotel, just a general comment on all the hotels I’ve been in this trip.

"Has to call the front desk twice about loud music next door. We traveled all day and didn’t even arrive until 11pm.
It looked like the bathroom door had been kicked in. There was a whole in the door. Pieces of drywall in the entrance when you walked into the room. Front desk was not all that helpful."
