"The front desk was a bit slow in checking in people. Given it's a pretty busy hotel during high season, expect a wait.
My Expedia reservation said that I can have free breakfast but when the receptionist checked she said I did not. I didn't want to argue so just let that go since I had a super early flight, but either the receptionist is not professional or the hotel system is not in sync with the Expedia reservation system.
It was a good location for an early flight out of the airport-- only...

"Loved the hotel, all the facilities and the service. My only feedback is about air conditioning. Apparently the rooms are cooled through the walls which was pretty useless during the heatwave. Opening the balcony provided a nice relief but the door is alarmed and beeps after a couple of minutes."

"We stayed in a Premium twin room which was very clean and very comfortable. Staff were fantastic. Hotel is in a quiet location with views over the Danube. Just a short walk from Margaret Island and taxis turn up in minutes when booked through the Bolt/Uber App. We had a wonderful stay and reasonably priced overall."
