"Super helpful and friendly staff! From reception staff to cleaning staff - all great :) It really makes such a difference to the vibe of the place when the staff are awesome. Very clean - great showers and hot water. On a quiet street in an excellent location of Madrid. Close to everything but no outside noise. Two elevators, so no long waits. Roof terrace is cool. The room I was in and the common areas were spacious so it didnt feel cramped. I read the story about the background of the hostel...

"Pasé solamente una noche y fue el primer hostal en mi vida al que me hospedé, iba sola y sinceramente me sorprendió, las personas con las que comparti habitación eran muy educadas, todos respetamos y descansamos súper bien, aparte que para ser mi primer viaje sola la ubicación estuvo fantástica porque incluso pude salir en la noche a caminar por sol y recorrer de noche plaza mayor, la chocolatería y después tranquilamente me regresé a dormir, tenía un locker y ahí metí las cosas de valor, mi...
