"Super helpful and friendly staff! From reception staff to cleaning staff - all great :) It really makes such a difference to the vibe of the place when the staff are awesome. Very clean - great showers and hot water. On a quiet street in an excellent location of Madrid. Close to everything but no outside noise. Two elevators, so no long waits. Roof terrace is cool. The room I was in and the common areas were spacious so it didnt feel cramped. I read the story about the background of the hostel...

"Excelente relacion calidad/precio. Hostel muy limpio y muy bién regentado por John y el resto de los empleados. Los colchones NO son de aire y son supercomodos. Taquillas amplias, y guardamaletas gratis. A 10 minutos en bus a plaza mayor, y justo enfrente el centro comercial. Les doy un 10 porque no hay un rating mas alto! Gracias mil a los empleados, que han sido super amables y buenos profesionales en todo momento 😎"
