"L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione, in una zona ben collegata con la metro al centro e all'aeroporto, vicino ad un supermercato e ad alcuni locali. Personalmente ho trovato la mia stanza molto pulita. Buona la colazione, anche se un po' di organizzazione in più non guasterebbe. Gli spazi comuni ampi e puliti. Il consiglio che mi sento di dare è di dotare le stanze di una macchina x il caffè e di un bollitore per il tè, ormai presenti in quasi tutte le strutture a 4 stelle. Un'altra cosa che...

"The staff were very dry and unhelpful. They didn't want to engage in conversation or even say hello. Many times we would pass by employees and they would avoid eye contact and not say a word. The pool is tiny - not more than 5 people can be in there comfortably and the rooms were okay but nothing special. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop but you don't have to stay in the hotel to go to the rooftop. Don't reccomend."

"El hotel tiene muy buena ubicacion, todos los empleados te dan un gran servicio, el cuarto me parecio un poco diferente a las fotos, como mas cuarto universitario o para ir con amigas que para estar en pareja. Todo esta limpio, nuevo, moderno solo esperaba otro tipo de habitacion, fuera de ahi todo estuvo excelente es cuestion de el tipo de viaje y lo que busques. Ese fue nuestro opinion particular."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Only You Hotel Atocha! A great location, just steps away from the Atocha metro station, and a short walk to Retiro Park. The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit and leading up to it as well - our flight was scheduled to arrive after the check in window and they were very helpful with this. The room was great, with air conditioning and free wifi, a TV, nice bathroom, vanity, and a balcony. Be aware that there is construction going on outside...
