"Beautiful property, nice and quiet. Rooms were very pretty too. The one thing we didn't like was the lighting in the bathroom was Not Good for putting on makeup and for my husband to shave. The bathroom lighting was way too dim over the sink."

"The room was big, clean, and looked recently (past few years) remodeled. The bed, linens, and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was clean and the shower temperature/pressure was great. The room had good amenities like mini fridge, microwave, TV, luggage rack, and table/seating. Parking was plentiful and easy. Check-in process was quick. We brought our dog which was $30/night, and they gave us a bag of treats and poop bags. Pricing was very reasonable. The only issue was that the AC unit (unused)...

"We've stayed at this hotel before and there are things we love and things that lead to a 3 star review. The staff are lovely and the location is great. The hotel itself is a bit dated and the pillows were awful. In addition, the $30 "inclusion fee" doesn't include anything. No breakfast, no pool/hot tub, and the "free bikes" are only for 2 hours unless they happen to be checked out as well. Overall, it feels like a junk fee and we probably won't be coming back."

"We enjoyed our stay at Inn at Rose’s Landing in Morro Bay. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and the after-hours check-in process was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated after arriving later in the day. The property made for a convenient and relaxing base to enjoy Morro Bay. The bathroom barn door did not have a lock and would slide open, so privacy was a little limited. "Parking was easy and secure"

"We stay there 2 to 3 times a year. We love everything about it. Just name it, and it's excellent. The only thing that may be less than excellent is the bed height—a little too tall for my elderly mother. We'll kind of for me too, since I'm a short guy. But that's our issue. We love the place. We will continue going there."

"The room is very large and was very clean. I called a few hours on the day of my check in reservation to ask for a downstairs room and Paul (management) was accommodating. Staff was friendly. Only about 2 blocks away from downtown."

"Check in system was a total failure. We had to get a different hotel across town to stay for the night. The next morning we talked to John the owner who refused to accept responsibility for the check-in failure. John complained he could not refund the fee, because it would come out of his “own pocket.” He told us to call Expedia for a refund. We called the police to obtain a report. "

"The hotel was overbooked an we ended up relocated for both nights of our stay at different hotels. It was an incredible inconvenience as we had friends we were supposed to be staying with. Ended up ending our trip a day early because we were tired of moving around."
