"Absolutely wonderful place! The owner Ron made checking in an absolute breeze, and was there to greet my wife and I at the door. The Mansion is an absolute beauty inside, very well kept, and just reeks of pre Civil War beauty, that one would expect. We were treated to a sit down Breakfast, (don't even think normal hotel stuff) this was made to order, by the innkeeper, who was an absolutely wonderful lady and hostess. This will now be my permanent go-to stay, while in the Louisville area!"

"The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her. It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again."

"I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff."

"The room was very spacious and clean. The lobby area was also very clean ut what was very disturbing was the trash in the parking lot and even right in front of the entranceway. when I mentioned the trash the front desk clerk after checking me in immediately went outside and picked up the trash."

"Everything seemed new and clean. The beds were very comfortable with properly working AC, TV, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. There were 2 good dine in restaurants located across the street. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very poor property. Old, dirty, smelled, roaches, tv didn't work. No hot water at night for shower. Did have hot water the next morning."

"Great spacious suite. Breakfast was ok. Patio area was excellent but necessary to bring your own drinks and food since there is no restaurant. Parking was convenient but not cheap. Great location downtown."

"This property had a lot of strange odor. Our original room had an off odor (sort of like dog) and the receptionist was able to get us into another room. The second room still had an odor but at this point we decided to live with it. The lobby had an overpowering fragrance odor that could not avoided. It kind of made us wonder if they were trying to cover up some other bad odors. The rooms were clean except the floors were very dirty. Dirty floors were evident in the hallways and elevators as...
