"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside didn’t look anything special, more like a 2 star hotel. Inside was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, positive, with a constant smile on their face, ready to help in any moment. My stay was during the Kentucky derby and even though the hotel was full, staff was still friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was very clean. Great place."

"One of the bathroom lights was not working at all, there was a roach crawling in the bathroom wall, the room smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking room, the comforter looked stained, and the breakfast was cold. I've stayed at a Quality Inn before, so this was disappointing."

"I recently stayed at this Baymont for 3 days, and overall I had a really good experience. It is a new management as much as i can tell. The place feels fresh, even the paint still smells new in all areas. The old reviews should not be a factor to book this inn.
