"The room was clean the beds were comfortable, the indoor pool is heated, the staff were friendly and helpful. I rented the ro for my daughter escaping a domestic situation and they kept her name private in case he called looking for her. It’s in a great location in downtown New Albany right across the river from Louisville. I highly recommend, will stay here again."

"I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff."

"The room was very spacious and clean. The lobby area was also very clean ut what was very disturbing was the trash in the parking lot and even right in front of the entranceway. when I mentioned the trash the front desk clerk after checking me in immediately went outside and picked up the trash."

"I just needed a clean comfortable room to sleep. The room was perfect. Cold air, nice shower, bed was fine. Enjoyed watching Tv. No other amenities. No breakfast, coffee etc or anyone at the front desk alot of the times. Phones do not work in the room or when you try calling. You have to book online or possibly at the front desk if someone there. Again, the room was surprisingly nice"

"Our room was nice. The a/c was loud and had some sand like stuff on top of it. The continental breakfast was a nice surprise. It was also great to have a microwave in our room. The staff were all friendly."

"Very poor property. Old, dirty, smelled, roaches, tv didn't work. No hot water at night for shower. Did have hot water the next morning."

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. First room, the tub faucet had steady water leak and bathroom floor was very weak and felt like you would fall through floor when stepped on. We ask for another room and that room was dirty and had no bed coverings. Then we had to ask for another room. We were never given an apology at all at any of the 3 times we had to change rooms - he acted completely bothered and was very rude during the whole experience. I would never recommend this...
