"Lovely place. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The on-site restaurants are both fantastic and you got a free drink in the on-site restaurant if you booked a meal and in the apartment you got complimentary crumpets butter and milk which was very helpful"

We were in a ground floor apartment, our only slight disappointment was the poor natural light in the lounge area but did not detract from stay. Well located for central Ulverston and pay and display car park across the road."

"Unfortunately our booked apartment accommodation was unavailable due to a gas leak. However, we were moved to a nice double room and given free breakfast to make up for this. We were also offered 50 % of dinner but the available dining slots were extremely limited so couldn't use that. It was a very comfy hotel, with a great shower, a pleasant mile walk to Keswick. I'd definitely stay again"
