"We stayed at Eldorado hotel for my husband’s birthday. The location is great right in the downtown. We walked to the shops and restaurants every day. The hotel and staff are amazing. The hotel is well equipped with amenities. Sauna, pool, hot tub and even steam room. We loved room service. Breakfast was yummy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We even used the fireplace during cold nights. We loved the place and definitely will stay there again. "

"I am a 79-year old woman with arthritis and must use a walker to get around. Hence I need a property that is not only ADA compliant, but ADA friendly. The Inn of the Governors fulfilled all my needs and did it well. Plus its location close to the Plaza makes it easy for everyone who travels with me, to enjoy themselves as well."

"We were very pleased with our stay here. We were warmly greeted at check-in. The room was clean and attractively furnished. Everything worked as it should. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle available to take you to dinner and pick you back up. They have a wonderful breakfast buffet that is included in the room rate. "The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. It is a good place to stay, clean and well maintained. It is at a good location, walking distance from many downtown attractions. "

"The location was great! We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was kind and friendly. The pool area is excellent, and the hot tub was very much needed after a long day of walking. The resort fee is $100.00. Expedia had it listed at $75.00. "

"The staff was a mixed bag. Tony, the Butler, Dianne at the spa, the breakfast staff at the Hacienda bldg, bartenders all great. Others meh. The hottub was broken, pool covered. Rooms are a bit tired. I’d stay again if the price was right and we wanted to bring our dog. It’s super dog friendly. The location is very good. "
