Equipe muito gentil, quarto confortável com ar condicionado, chuveiro quente, elevador, estacionamento fechado e coberto, ambiente silencioso, limpo, bem organizado, ótima localização (próximo de shopping Mueller, Largo da Ordem...) e café da manhã maravilhoso (parabéns para quem preparou os bolos nos dias em que estivemos hospedados (dias 30/11/25 e 01/12/25), estavam deliciosos!!!)

Absurdo café da manhã iniciar 07:30. Na cama sem o lençol. Somente o lençol cobrindo o colchão e uma manta q na realidade nunca uso. Não se sabe a frequência de higienização dessas mantas. Ou seja não ter segundo lençol outro absurdo.

Fui a negócios para Curitiba, cheguei no final da tarde e apenas dormi e sai logo cedo, ótimo atendimento por parte dos funcionários, conforto básico, ar condicionado, tv e frigo bar, café da minha básico sem muito opções,achei confuso onde parar o carro para fazer o check in, acabei entrando em outro no estacionamento do lado do hotel que não era do hotel , tive sair e acabei batendo a porta do carro num poste baixo mal sinalizado , o estacionamento do hotel é pago R$25,00

O custo-benefício, talvez, não compense a estadia

O quarto não tinha iluminação direta, a lâmpada encima da escrivaninha estava piscando intermitente. Os lençóis da cama eram antigos, finos, possuíam alguns guros. Parte da cortina estava solta. O banheiro, quando chegamos, estava com cheiro de queimado. O box do chuveiro era minúsculo, não havia com entrar ou sair do chuveiro sem molhar o banheiro todo A televisão não possuia muitos canais, o telefone do nosso quarto estava sem comunicação com a recepção durante nossa estadia no hotel. Ademais, como outras avaliações que se referem ao espaço para o café, atendimento e comunicação com recepção e staff da limpeza. Caso seja uma estadia de apenas dois dias, que precise estar perto do centro, talvez seja interessante o custo-benefício, se precisar de mais conforto e outras caracteristicas este hotel não é apropriado.

Não recomendo o primeiro andar. Passei pela desagradável experiência de uma pessoa percorrendo o telhado rente à janela de madrugada em circunstância de batida policial no hotel. Ao que parece em 24/06/25 pessoas que cometeram furto, se hospedaram e os objetos furtados foram localizados no hotel com os respectivos "hóspedes". Foi tenso e muito desagradável.
