Incredible guest service! Solange was really helpful. It’s close to the major bus station and Uber takes 2 minutes to arrive. Delicious breakfast included and the rooms are clean and a nice size. The gym is pretty small and limited but you can still get a good workout in if you need. Highly recommend it!

Minha experiência no Victoria Inn Curitiba foi extremamente decepcionante. Ao entrar no quarto, ficou evidente que ele não havia sido devidamente higienizado. Havia poeira em diversos locais e a limpeza era claramente insuficiente. Como sofro de rinite, essa situação afetou diretamente meu bem-estar. O quarto deveria estar limpo antes da entrada do hóspede, e não apenas após reclamações. Na manhã do dia 18/07/2026, procuramos a recepção. O recepcionista nos informou que havia uma cobrança de R$ 21,98 referente à taxa de serviço, afirmando que ela era obrigatória e cobrada de todos os hóspedes. Mesmo não concordando, realizei o pagamento para evitar transtornos, pois essa cobrança não estava claramente informada no momento da reserva. Aproveitei para solicitar a troca das toalhas, que estavam extremamente desgastadas, parecendo panos de chão. No café da manhã, conversei com hóspedes de uma excursão e eles relataram que também haviam recebido toalhas nas mesmas condições. Saímos do hotel por volta das 9h e retornamos às 18h, esperando encontrar o quarto devidamente limpo e as toalhas substituídas. No entanto, a cama havia sido apenas arrumada de qualquer jeito, o chão continuava sujo e as toalhas deixadas eram ainda piores. Depois de um dia inteiro fora, tudo o que eu queria era tomar um banho e descansar. Em vez disso, precisei voltar à recepção para reclamar novamente. Cheguei ao ponto de pedir uma vassoura e um pano para limpar o quarto, além de toalhas em condições de

Boa localização. Bom café da manhã. Acústica do quarto sofrível. Era possível escutar conversas vindas de quarto vizinho. Toalhas de má qualidade. No checkin cobraram uma taxa de serviço do hotel, após a confirmação pelo atendente de que eu tinha feito a reserva pela plataforma hotéis.com. Se a tal taxa de serviço é devida, a informação deve ser clara ao consumidor no momento anterior a reserva, para permitir comparações com outros hotéis e fomentar a decisão da escolha. Surpresa desagradável, que gera atrito. Não paguei tal taxa após eu mostrar as informações da reserva ao atendente de que todas as taxas e impostos já haviam sido pagas. Sensação ruim de que “se colar, colou”.

A estadia no hotel foi razoável. Quarto pequeno, mas decente. A porta do banheiro não tem trinco e a pia é do lado de fora. A localização é boa, considerando o centro da cidade. Um ponto absurdo e abusivo: foi cobrada uma taxa no check out de R$ 14,90 pela utilização, no quarto, de dois garfos. O funcionário do hotel disse que há uma taxa de utilização de kit (pratos, talheres etc.) no quarto. Ressalto que, quando pedi no restaurante (apenas) dois garfos, nada me foi dito sobre "aluguel" dos utensilhos. Considero a prática desonesta e abusiva. Provavelmente não voltarei a me hospedar neste estabelecimento.

O Hotel é muito bom, muito bem conservado e confortável. Café da manhã ótimo e com muita variedades, e o pessoal da cozinha sempre de bom humor e simpático. Aliás, todos os funcionários foram sempre muito educados em todas as situações. Ficam apenas alguns comentários: na chegada me informaram que eu teria que pagar uma taxa de reserva de R$70, mas eu protestei, disse que sempre reservo pela hoteis.com e que nunca tive taxa extra a pagar pro hotel. O funcionário ouviu, observou minha reserva no meu celular e disse que a taxa não seria cobrada então. Se eu não protestasse, teria que pagar. As tvs dos quartos são um pouco antigas, não são smart e nem espelham a tela do celular, então você é obrigado a assistir somente os canais de TV a cabo. Sei que está previsto na descrição da reserva, mas acho que hoje em dia é algo a mais que faz falta. E apenas uma outra questão em relação ao elevador: fiquei no 15º andar, e sempre era muito demorado pra conseguir o elevador, pois ele vai parando sem motivo em alguns andares em que não foi solicitado, além de balançar um pouco e fazer barulho. Em um dis dias, esperei quase 5 minutos pelo elevador. Mas são só detalhes, e fora isso tudo foi muito bom.

infelizmente meu lencol estava rasgado, reclamei e imediatamente eles trocaram, o chuveiro estava pessimo, precisando de manutencao, cada gota em um lugar no box. o cafe da manha muito bom. E infelizmente a academia so abre a partir das 8 hs da manha.
