Hotel dekat Cygnet New Theatre

"Lovely rooms, central for trains and city centre, but quiet."

"Ideally located for a few days in Exeter."

"Staff were very kind and considerate during the stay. Unfortunately, the rooms leaked a lot of sound. We are aware we’d likely hear the road during our stay due to proximity, but we hadn’t considered we might hear every move and sound from the surrounding rooms. "I booked through Expedia which meant the hotel didn't get the information to turn the room into a twin. So we had to put up with that for a night. We weren't massively impressed by that, nor by being tossed 2 free drinks card - undoubtedly to make us feel better about the unresolvable situation - which we didn't use because I find this people management system quite insulting. "There was an issue with the radiator in my room. Staff were very helpful they offered me a heater or to change room. I opted to change room and they moved my belongings for me whilst I was out. It was seamless. The bar staff were very friendly and service was quick. Overall I enjoyed the comfort and friendliness of everyone. A very pleasant weekend despite storm Austin."

"Kelly was absolutely lovely. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and was very attentive throughout my stay. The place was spotless, comfortable, cozy and well equipped, and the scones on arrival were a lovely touch. Thank you so much — would love to come again!"

"Room was well furnished and had everything we needed including a bottle opener, wine glass, even a hot water bottle! Bed was comfy and there was a really useful folder of info in the room, the owner had included a few suggested walks around the property which was great and we did one of them just to stretch our legs. Ample parking, and the property was very well kept, no issues with noise or anything from the farm we were attached to. Loved the fact the owner offered proper milk for the rooms...

"I had a lovely stay and nothing was too much bother for Sue. Lots of choice for breakfast. I would happily stay here again. Even had a scarecrow trail whilst I was there with an amazing entry at the guesthouse."
