The area that the hotel was in was a place where almost no one spoke English. Again, my fault - not the hotel’s fault. "Location was very central. Service was faultless and we enjoyed the breakfast and dining at the restaurant (along with the in-room dining). Gym facilities were good - nice touch to have a small sauna and steam room available. Swimming pool on the small side and would have been nice to have a little more shade. Enjoyed using the shared space facilities on the 30th floor to work in the mornings - lovely view. "

"The staffs are very nice no problem with checking in, inly problem I had was why were there no microwave in the rooms we had a three bedroom suite we had to keep calling for the iron and the iron board. There’s no plates there’s no fork. What’s the purpose of having a stove with no utilities to use or what’s the purpose of having a kitchen?"

They were understanding and changed my room but it has mold on the shower nobs and the corners , front of my room wasn't cleaned at all and the hotel hall way is pretty disgusting and has an odor. They should not charge as much as they do . I just paid 5× the money for a old hotel . The staff are amazing . I requested a refund but they said...

"I really enjoyed my stay in Sujet Center Hotel as i explored Hai Chau and My An. The check in with Quynh was very smooth which I appreciated as I arrived at night from a long travel day. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable, all appliances and amenities worked as advertised. The area felt safe and Security Guard Ngoc was always on duty and friendly. When it was time to check out, J and Quynh were quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend."
