"I really enjoyed my stay in Sujet Center Hotel as i explored Hai Chau and My An. The check in with Quynh was very smooth which I appreciated as I arrived at night from a long travel day. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable, all appliances and amenities worked as advertised. The area felt safe and Security Guard Ngoc was always on duty and friendly. When it was time to check out, J and Quynh were quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend."

The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, including the Han river, Chan museum, Dragon Bridge, Han Market, and the Pink Cathedral. There are also local restaurants nearby. "The stay was fine. They had room cleaning service daily. The only thing that gave this place a 4 star not a five is that the fridge did not work the entire time. We did tell them about the situation but nothing was done about fixing the mini fridge. When traveling to a hot environment i would like to have a fridge that works to put cold drinks in. But other then that if you are just looking for something decent. This was good enough."

"The staffs are very nice no problem with checking in, inly problem I had was why were there no microwave in the rooms we had a three bedroom suite we had to keep calling for the iron and the iron board. There’s no plates there’s no fork. What’s the purpose of having a stove with no utilities to use or what’s the purpose of having a kitchen?"

"So the pool was lovely a small afair but enough to exercise in and swim a few strokes. Cool ....so refreshing under cover of solar panels. Repaired some matting while in the pool would have liked a rag to dust around a tiled ledge. Also some tiles need reglueing. (Hope they take note) I have a pool at home so happy to do little repairs so that other guests get the benefit. This was not a 5 star hotel.. it was great value for money and the room though small was comfortable and very clean....
