"Overall our stay was very pleasant. However the room had only 2 adult robes, even though I have indicated in my reservation that there would be 2 adults and 2 kids. When i approached the staff at front desk to ask for kids robes, they refused. We just wanted to experience wearing kimono altogether. "

There’s no plates there’s no fork. What’s the purpose of having a stove with no utilities to use or what’s the purpose of having a kitchen?"

"I really enjoyed my stay in Sujet Center Hotel as i explored Hai Chau and My An. The check in with Quynh was very smooth which I appreciated as I arrived at night from a long travel day. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable, all appliances and amenities worked as advertised. The area felt safe and Security Guard Ngoc was always on duty and friendly. When it was time to check out, J and Quynh were quick and helpful. I would definitely recommend."

"Please don't book this hotel ! It says it is 4 star but it's not . Super old and moldy . Showers are moldy and seems like not cleaned with right products . They were understanding and changed my room but it has mold on the shower nobs and the corners , front of my room wasn't cleaned at all and the hotel hall way is pretty disgusting and has an odor. They should not charge as much as they do . I just paid 5× the money for a old hotel . The staff are amazing . I requested a refund but they said...

"Lovely place and all the staff I met along the way were very friendly and hospitable. Very clean and tidy facility so I was very comfortable. Nice touch with aromatherapy. Great location to food and spas just across the street. Will definitely return as it’s very clean and I never had to ask for anything when the room is well stock with amenities. "
