"Been more than 10 years of traveling but this is the first time I have to move out in the middle of the booking cause their bad services. Staffs very unhelpful, no welcome drink, restaurant taste bad, room are not clean as request. General Manager were careless attitude and accused me for complaining to get benefits. They promised to give me the refund for the night that i didnt stay but i am not sure i could still get it back. This hotel definitely not qualified as 5 stars. And its a shame of...

"The matrasses in the rooms were comfortable. Good thing was we booked a family room and received two rooms next to each other, more spacious and convenient for us. Not good was the hairdryer that was quite loose from the wall, cables openly out. It was so not clean at all, towels dirty, blanket was stained. We had two reservations seperately booked through Expedia and they couldnt find the booking by themselves, wanted to charge us on Check Out again. "

"The hotel is pretty ok but they are calling themeselves a five star hotel and nothing can be further from the truth. The staffs are very incompetent, they do not speak English at all, do not understand anything, takes a lot of time to complete requests and the guy that stays at the reception at night is not very helpful. I would rate it a 3 star hotel at best. Not a five star."
