One of the worst hotels I have been so far!
Everything besides the room itself was dirty, old and worn down. There was literally no wifi, no service provided by the staff, no umbrellas in the room and they also did not bother that different people were upset by the conditions of the hotel.
The only umbrella the hotel had available at the lobby was not working property with the print of a real luxury hotel which is even more embarassing that they did not provide own umbrellas.
The pool area itself has 5 poolchairs for the entire hotel, is mostly shadowed when the sun is shining (due to high moldy walls) and other than that worn down to the maximum.
The "gym" as they try to market it has a maximum of 15kg of TOTAL weights which means you can't do anything there as well + no escalator access to the room.
The Spa was way too expensive if you compare it to other providers right around (still with the 30% discount applied which is the standard rate since everyone gets this discount upfront when asking for the price of any treatment).
Kind but other than that unhelpful staff, worn down, dirty and not at all recommendable. There are better hotels for less money in the area and I am still searching for the "luxury" which they have in their name.
