Hotel has does not exist Tried to check in and name has changed, wouldn’t accept booking. Have advised Expedia and received a refund but terrible experience, took over an hour to find a new hotel walking streets as all booked out.

칼라 빌라 호이안 3인 예약은 아닌거 같아요

3인으로 예약을 했는데 조식무료 사항이 2인기준이라면서 1인분의 식사비 -16만동-를 추가로 요구했습니다 그리고 침대도 더블킹사이즈 1개 뿐이여서 황당했어요. 기본 서비스 품목도 - 칫솔, 수건, 커피 등등 모두 2인분으로만 세팅이 되어있었습니다. 3인을 예약했지만 2인 서비스만 받을 수 있었습니다. 3인 예약을 왜 받으신 건지. 영어나 베트남어를 못해서 항의도 못하고 그냥 쉬고 왔어요

The perfect stay.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this guesthouse. From the moment we arrived we were treated so kindly. The staff is absolutely wonderful and helped us with all of our requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the pool was a wonderful getaway after a walking around town. The building is located very close to the old town, which was the main reason we chose Calla Villa.

OK hotel in great location

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel however needs a really good clean. Rooms aren’t cleaned well and neither are the public areas. I brought this to the attention of the manager who I hope will make an improvement. Breakfast is also very, very basic.

Good value near the Heart of Hoi An

Calla Villa is a good choice for an inexpensive place to stay near the Ancient Town of Hoi An. Our room overlooking the pool was large and pleasant with an attractive tile floor and a comfortable bed. It was a quick walk into the heart of Hoi An with its many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

enjoyed my 6 days here.

the only reason the whole stay was not given all 5's was my room was not attended to on one occasion had to chase up towels, water etc. one of the ladies at breakfast followed you round like a hawk over zealous to please I hope. But beside that very thing was fine the reception staff always able to help and offer advise. room size is great and spacious.

Good service and location

The staff are very pleasant and helpful especially the manager Ly . They communicated sufficiently well in English and are extremely helpful in arranging for pick up and local tour. The rooms are very spacious and I love the comfortable king size bed and fluffy pillows . Unfortunately the hotel does not have room service food . The villa is near to the ancient town but it is in a quite environment.

不過不失

於此酒店住了3個晚上，房間寬敞，目測多外國遊客居住。由酒店步行往古城約8-10分鐘，酒店附近有好多按腳店舖及有2間士多。第1晚被袋有污積，幸好第2天 housekeeping 有更換。餐廳細小及有點焗，超級簡單早餐，但求飽肚。整體所有服務人員態度友善。

Amazing villa with perfect lolcation!

Villa is new when we stayed (6mths old). spacious, balcony was a PLUS, pool was great! location was perfect and only a short walk to Hoi An area. this should be a 5 star (not 3). breakfast was reasonably OK - but plentiful food choices in Hoi An area anyway.

Fantastic small hotel

I had a lovely two week stay at this smalll hotel. The staff were professional and very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was superb and caterer for asian and westerners with the dining area spotless. I loved the swimming pool which was very refreshing after Hoi An temperatures of up to 37c. To be honest this hotel is closer to a 4 star and out of the 15 hotels i have stayed at on my long holiday one of my favorites. Location is good with the river and many restaurants a short walk away. All i can say is stay at this hotel and you will not be disappointed.

시설도 좋고, 안방해변과의 거리도 만족스러웠고 직원들도 불만족은 아니었으나 호텔 연계하여 교통수단을 이용할 때 호텔고객의 입장에서 저렴하거나, 친절한 사람을 구해주는것이 아니라 현지인(민족애의 발현?)에 유리한 쪽으로 연계하는듯한 모습이 보였습니다.

皆親切な従業員、

3泊しました。ホテルのスタッフは皆親切です。 歩いて日本人橋等のホイアン旧市街に行ける場所にあり、ホイアン宿泊時に便利です。ホテルのフロントでフエ王宮、ミーソン聖域観光のオーダーと空港までのタクシーをお願いしました。クレジットカードの通信事情が悪いらしく、フロントでチェックアウトの際、現地ツアーの精算に時間がかかって少し焦りましたが、ご愛嬌といったところでしょうか。

Good value for money

Overall a comfortable stay, good service. Very near the the old town - within 5 min walking distance. Only negative thing is the construction on both sides of the hotel with noise. Pool view rooms will be better to avoid the noise from the street.

준공된지 3달밖에안되어 아주 깨끗하며 호이안 구시가지까지 도보로 이동가능

호텔이라고 하기에는 아주 아담한 사이즈이지만 가격대비 시설과 청결도가 아주 좋았다. 또한 직원들이 친절함이 가장 마음에 덜었다. 호이안 구시가지를 기준으로 서쪽에 위치해 있으며 이쪽은 최근 떠오르는 숙박밀집지역이라 곳곳에 공사현장이 많다는건 유의할점이다. 오토바이를 빌려 주변을 천천히 둘러보는것도 추천할만하다 시간적 여유가 있으신분들은 안방비치를 다녀오는것을 강추한다. 미케비치의 혼잡함에서 벗어나 여유있게 쉬다올수있는 그리고 점심먹고오기 좋은곳이다.

セールで購入！大満足！おすすめ！

たまたまセールで購入しました。設備がすごくおしゃれで、ホイアン古城にも徒歩でいける距離。スタッフが礼儀正しく親切ですごく快適に過ごせることができました。ツアーの申し込みや空港バスの手配までしてくれたスタッフの皆さんに感謝！本当に助かりました。また是非泊まりたいと思います。おすすめです！

Facilities were good compared to the prices. I booked for balcony view but as soon as they hear that I will gonna check out at 10pm (I used half day) they gave me the other pool view room. And I felt like the guy who was in the front desk was teasing me. I gave him 50000dong for drinking beer but he said he didn't get it. So i gave him 50000dong again. After leaving the hotel, i calculated my money, it turned out i gave him twice. I felt he was making use of me while i am busy for carrying the luggages
