"The stay was great apart from the bed that kept separating and the hand towel was dirty from the guest before, floor wasn't cleanest and there was no kettle at all. Unable to make coffee. Also the room was a setup as in it was for the government so hidden microphone. Right next door to a fire exit which exited Into a coolie car park"

"We booked for 2 adults & 1 child, but when we arrived, there was no 3rd bed, nor was there even 3 towels in the room on check in. When we spoke to reception about why there wasn't a third bed, I was told "we don't make assumptions." Not sure who expects 2 adults to sleep in the same bed of a 6 year old...
