"Water flow through showers should be checked, and check in time should be quicker. Amenities like the bowling’s center, pool and playground are great. Continental breakfast was ok and staff were friendly."

"What a find! I needed to stay 1 night before boarding a cruise. All the other hotels were very expensive. All the reviews for this hotel were good so I booked it and I'm glad I did. It is inside a hospital but you would never know it. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I was traveling solo and a bit nervous but the entrance had a security gate due to the hospital. "Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!"

"Room needs to be updated. Holes in walls, paint looks bad, bathroom mirror is broken, amongst a few room detailing for esthetics. There are no instructions on how to get hot water in the shower. Ceiling fan needs to be cleaned. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The location is great, and although one goes to basically sleep, there is a sense of comfort missing."

"I stood here because I needed something quick for the weekend just to get away, but I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. This was the perfect place. I was comfortable. I felt safe. Literally the beach is less than a minute walk and there’s so much food on the avenue. Definitely going there again if you want something budget friendly this is the place to be."
