"My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at The Dreams . The staff , especially Gloria the manager, was so helpful . After confirming the address , she even ordered an Uber ride for us to take the following morning to our cruise pier. She also provided locations locally where we could walk for dinner . The room was very clean and the hotel location was perfect . "

"Very nice quirky boutique hotel. Pool area is great. There 2 of them in fact including a rooftop pool. Breakfast is good but could be better with more menu choices. Location proximity to the airport, cruise terminal and especially being on the beach is great. We plan on returning. "

"We stayed in mar del Norte 3 which is around the corner from the original location. Room #1 had a massive kitchen, living room, dining room. Small full size bed and bath. (Paid for a king) Gated. Close to tennis court. Staff was nice. Beach and food across the pedestrian bridge a few blocks over. Cute shared patio with jacuzzi out back. Lots of windows in kitchen that look directly to the patio"

"Friendly staff, great view and good location. Building not as new as the photos and wished there were activities in hotel, other than that would have given them five stars. But if these requests are not available any other hotels in San Juan then they deserve a 5 star."

"It was very quiet! Room was really clean and the hotel is located in the heart of old San Juan! Everything is walkable. There is no parking so use rideshare."

"We are ready for a repeat performance. I am a Hilton Honors Members and have stayed at many Hiltons, but the Caribe Hilton was like coming home. Of course, I wasn't wild about the check in, but the staff were the best. The best mofongo in PR at Lola's Restaurant. The best service.The grounds were well kept and we always felt safe at any time of day. The location to Conando Beach was ideal and you will not believe this but you can walk to Old San Juan in 30 minutes. We had a great experience...
