We didn't even stay he said he had no rooms even though I got the room online, he still stated there was no rooms. When I could plainly see the top and bottom level in the front side was empty. They charge $50 for a deposit that you get back, if you use a card that's 5-7 business days. I will not be back at this place. Most of his rooms have something wrong with them anyway & it's an act of congress to get anything done!

At first I was told I could not have a 1st floor room, however when I got to my dirty room & there was no frig - I was "upgraded" to t 1st floor room. lol WITH a tub!! Sweet! Took a nice hot soak & relaxed as this has been a long, hard week of work.

At approximately 11pm, I went into the lobby to request additional towels. I was informed through the kiosk, that nobody was working and they would return at 6am. At 6:15, I went back to the lobby to request towels and the doors were locked. We were not able to receive any assistance while we were on the property. The room was gross. There were fecal splatters in and on the toilet. Once you closed the bathroom door, there was hair, dust, and other stains on the floor. There were stains on the sheets too.

This place was literally disgusting! I picked up a towel and no less than 20 roaches went scattering everywhere babies and adult roaches! The bed was comfortable and didn't seem to have any bugs that I saw, but the room looks nothing like the pictures on this ad. Definitely wouldn't recommend going here.

Poor room, large opening under the door which allows in bugs, no access to the pool, no breakfast. I had a king size bed to go visit my husband and was told I wasn’t allowed guest and was constantly bothered by large bugs in my room I had to fold towels on the door seal to keep them out. I had no access to the WiFi bc there was on key card folder with information and there’s no way in the room to contact room service so you have to go online and find the contact number to call them

We had to switch rooms cuz the first room didn't have a microwave & the sink water didn't work the water pressure in the shower was awful & there was one pillow on one of the beds. We switched rooms it was a little better. And also we checked in & boy that was a whole new experience talking to a man on a screen and he took all the information from me & I gave him my license on the screen & he gave me a room card which came out of a slot from the machine. Craziest thing I've ever seen but it's the way of the world. Pretty soon machines will run our whole universe wait they already do.

Dirty, front desk smoking pot, have to call phone number to get towels , roaches, no towels . Sheet and comforter were filthy. Toilet seat ready to fall off, no shampoo or body wash in room. Had a place for a computer but no chair. But it’s close to Fort Ruckers if you can’t stay on base as a last resort. Shame on you Super 8

Room was clean, pool was still closed for year but would have been nice of was open. During chek in was told a light breakfast of muffins and Danish were available but in morning nothing was in room and a almost empty single coffee pot was in room both days stayed. When attempting to check out the clerk was again missing from front desk and door was locked door room key was slid between doors. As mentioned the room was clean and McDonald's is across the street so was good for price paid.

Room was nasty hotel was nasty said breakfast online no breakfast man at the front desk very unprofessional had on gym shorts and a tshirt everyday we were there it was 3 days he never changed out or towels our beds were not made and we couldn’t even get into our room because our key wouldnt work and instead of him just putting us in a room where the key did work he had us come to the front desk ring a bell because he was never there sit for 30 mins before our door is open it was awful he needs to be fired black male bald spot in head
