Breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, rooms arr a bit fingy but not terrible, they are doing remodeling and parking is limited, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was great and helpful for information about shuttle to baseball games and local attractions. Breakfast was good. Had some painting and construction but didnt bother us, quiet hours were observed during construction. Pillows could use more fluff. Smart tvs in room were nice. Overall a fine experience and would stay again.

Staff was very friendly and check in/out was smooth and easy. Great location right next to Six Flags and only a few minutes from the Cowboys and Rangers stadiums.

The staff were very polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel room was very dated and damaged. The bathroom tiles were broken and I was concerned I might cut my feet. Every time I walked in the bathroom the shards of tile would pop up. There was no soap in the bottles in the shower. The toilet seat was messed up and off centered..so it was a bit awkward to use the toilet. Overall the room seemed a bit dated and smelled. Normally I wouldn’t complain, but the room has over $200 for the night, and I thought it might be better kept for that price. These complaints aren’t towards the staff, but rather the company or owners.

Right next to Six Flags over Texas

everything is great with the room. Their is enough room for all four of my family members. The staff is friendly and if we have any questions we will ring the front desk.

Definitely an experience

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and my children had a blast! The only complaint would be when we weren’t warned that they would be cutting off the water for a few hours while they worked on the plumbing, but other than that I would definitely book there again!

The breakfast was good. This hotel was fabulous 20 years ago, however it has aged and not well. Upkeep has not kept up. It's still a decent hotel, just not the wonderful property it was years ago.

We booked for two nights but with how dirty it was, we only lasted one night and we moved to another hotel, hair everywhere, mold in the bathrooms, very uncomfortable beds and worst of all, cockroaches everywhere.

Doors dirty. Towels rough, stinky and hair in them. Mold on ac vents. One toilet not flushing properly and the other toilet ran all the time and also had flushing issues. Carpet needs a good cleaning. Pool and area needs a good cleaning. The front desk lady ran my card twice for parking and incidentals. Hopefully that gets cleared up.

This is not a typical Hilton brand hotel, carpets are stained and they stink. There are roaches running around , in a three day stay even though we asked for a light cleaning in the room nobody came . Even though they have a kitchen there are no silverware or pans to cook so defeating the purpose of having a kitchen.Definitely I will not be back.

Concert stay with friends

Check in seemed difficult. At first they acted confused of my reservation and walked away to speak with a manager. I was then told our room wasn't ready and had to wait which was ok, but all the back and forth whispering made us uncomfortable. Once our room was ready we were told it would be another few minutes while the manager checked our room. Just seemed really odd. They were very kind. Just a weird interaction. Overall, we would go back if in a pinch for a concert, but not for more than one night.

Location was great but the AC wasn’t…they are suppose to get a new unit. Full size refrigerator was awesome, but didn’t work great. After my daughter went swimming we called down for more towels to shower and they didn’t have extras.

Some Promised amenities not offered

First arrived and check in was great. But when i got into room. Refrigerator was broke and toliet didn't work. They we're able to relocate us to a better room. But there was no shuttle and no evening snacks offered which was advertised. No 24hr coffee. The amenities are big part of why I chose hotel.
