So a few things happened that I didn’t care for. First, they sent a man in plain clothes to my door. I’m talking white tshirt, jeans and a ball cap. When he knocked he said “housekeeping” and I looked thru the peephole to see a man there. It was honestly weird. Why they didn’t just call the room I don’t know but apparently he works for maintenance. Second, I woke up with a weird rash all on my face. Idk what kind of detergent or what they use but that’s never happened before. The hotel isn’t bad per se and didn’t seem dirty or anything. Just a bit older.

We will NEVER stay a Spark again. The property was very outdated. The shower did not have a way to open the sliding door once you were in the shower. The HVAC unit made a awful noise the entire stay. The towels felt like sandpaper. The bed was decent only thing positive I can say about this establishment.

Do not stay in this hotel. The hotel was dirty we had dirty towels and bedding in our room. I call the font desk just for them to tell me to bring the dirty towels to the front desk and for me to look for housekeeping to ask them for clean towels and sheets. The restroom had mold. The hotel try so hard to cover the bad smell with deodorizer but it really didn't help. The beds will sqaek really bad when we will sit or lay on lt. I call expedia to report the hotel but also Expedia didn't do much to help me. Never stay here.

The breakfast consisted of only bagels. No toast, no eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no gravy -- just bagels and coffee, boiled eggs, hard apples, and bruised banannas. There was also juice and coffee. Not what I'd call a breakfast.

My stay at Spark by Hilton was overall okay, but there were several issues that could be improved. The breakfast was not great—just acceptable. The ice machine on the second floor was not working, and there was no sign indicating this, so I had to ask staff. The coffee available during the day was often cold. Additionally, I requested bathroom towels, and despite calling and being assured they would be delivered, I never received them. Improving communication, maintenance, and responsiveness would make a noticeable difference in the guest experience.

I would be embarrassed to admit I was the manager of this hotel. There were many things that didn't work or were broke. The basic maintenance needed to make a room fully functional wasn't there. Other guest in my party showed me that their room was the same. The breakfast wasn't appealing enough to even try. Management is the problem, not the workers. It is cruel to have the handicap accessible rooms the furthermost from the entrance. Each attempt for the owner to save money degrades the appeal to stay on a property. We have stayed in Spark hotels in other places that weren't this bad.

There was a phone in the room but did not work (actually was not connected to anything). We reported it to the person who was behind the counter every day for the first 4 days (we had to stay in this hotel for 10 days because we had paid for it in advance) but they could not do anything about it. We were concerned that in case of a fire, nobody could warn us in our room. We even called Hilton Customer service and let them know, but we never heard from them. Also, all measurements "feet vs meters" around the pool was incorrect. We were worried that parents of younger children were not aware of these inconsistencies and their children were in danger. We also informed the person in the counter and, as expected, nobody could do anything about it. There was always one person who dealt with the customers. After their shift, this person would be replaced by someone new. All these guys were Indian (from India) students who had no knowledge of the hotel. They couldn't tell if there was a swimming pool, gym, or anything else. Our stay was very poor. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The first room had a rat. The second room had a Giant Cockroach crawling around the bed. There's a leaking ceiling in the lobby need the breakfast. This hotel still owes me money a week later. Their now ignoring me so I'll contact Hilton directly. Avoid this location at ALL COST. GO TO THE BRAND NEW GARLAND LOCATION OR MEDICAL CITY LOCATION

The house keep is not available, they said it not every other day but it didn’t happens, the breakfast is bad, there is almost nothing, the room was clean when we got it, the property is good but not good services. definitely with the this rate we can get better options. It is I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The staff was friendly at first, but when I reported that my room's toilet stop working the previous night, they were indifferent and just said "Oh". The toilet stopped flushing on the 2nd night stay and had to use trash can to fill with water to flush toilet.

A 5-star experience all around :) I highly recommend the Spark hotel based on the high quality of service, central location, ease of parking, and property’s cleanliness. Shoutout to the entire AMAZING team since I only learned the names of some of the staff (e.g., PJ, Sam, Maddy, Mark, Richard).

We stay here frequently. The location is great for all of our needs in the area. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but could use a good deep clean to clean up or make repairs of grout and around fixtures and drains. We are light eaters, so the breakfast area is good and the offerings are just what we need (fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels). The containers with oatmeal toppings looked like they may not always be thrown out and refreshed each day (the sugar container especially). The staff always greets us when we come and go and always offers to help us with anything we need. I'd love to see a filtered water station to refill water bottles like they have at others we have visited. The price is great, the people are nice, and we will continue to stay here.
