My recent stay at Spark Hotel in Richardson, TX was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Sid at the front desk, whose professionalism and genuine hospitality set the tone for my stay. The entire hotel staff was courteous, attentive, and truly focused on guest satisfaction.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also appreciated the well-thought-out amenities, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
The rooms are especially convenient for business travelers. The dedicated workspace includes a large, adjustable desk that can be configured as an L-shape, giving you the flexibility to face either the TV or the window—an ideal setup for staying productive while still feeling comfortable. For lady travelers, the bathroom offers two lighting options, which is a thoughtful touch and perfect for applying makeup with ease.
While parts of the building could benefit from a few maintenance updates, the management and staff take feedback very seriously and make a visible effort to continuously maintain and improve the quality of the hotel.
