"Great location"

"Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half...

"The hotel is very nice in a great area, many restaurants in walking distance. JAE made our stay seamless she has such a great spirit I would definitely book again just on her hospitality alone!"

"This hotel feels very new and modern, the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (if too American for my taste). Full marks, will stay here again."

"I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc"

"Didn’t really explain parking to well, but figured it out and accidentally paid for a parking spot. elevators broke or system went down and we had to walk up 15 floors which was horrible"

"Hotel is not in a good part of town. Don't bother picking a room type or trying to check in on the app at this hotel either. If you can, pick somewhere else."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Every need was met. And we enjoyed the location being so close to everything. Helpful, pleasant staff. Loved that there is a restaurant/bar in the hotel. Glass stand up shower was a plus!"
