"The virtual front desk took some adjusting. Be sure to read the emails/texts from the virtual front desk. All of the instructions are well written but it is a bit complicated. In order to get to my room from the parking garage it required 3 different elevators that all worked a little differently. The room was nice but slightly worn. There was the constant roar of the highway below, even from the 50th floor but nothing I couldn't deal with. Use of the Tower Club restaurant was amazing! ...

Had this not occurred, this would have been a flawless five-star stay across the board."

"The Courtyard Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District is in a great location. You can see Reunion Tower from the rooftop and even from some of the rooms, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was very clean, and Macrina at the lobby bar was especially friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and more. The Union Station Dallas is literally across the street, making it extremely convenient for getting around. My only complaint was...

"We were so thrilled to stay in an elegant hotel that feels warm, cozy and authentic. We had breakfast on the patio outside which was lovely and food was delicious. Pool is well appointed and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly! We plan to return!"
