"I always enjoy my spa experience at the Hotel Crescent Court. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I used the House car for my nearby reservations and I enjoyed riding in a brand new, clean upscale vehicle. The driver was pleasant and very helpful. He made our ride entertaining and enjoyable."

"The breakfast was not what I expected. I ordered an omelet with turkey and jalapeños, but it came with sausage instead of turkey. When I pointed it out to the server, she insisted that I had received turkey, even though it was clearly sausage. It was a ridiculous response. There was no apology, and no manager came over to address the issue. Very disappointing customer service. Also, the hotel was overcrowded and the front desk staff was stressed out!!!"

"The beds were extremely comfortable although I was confused about why the sheet on my bed was on top of the comforter. That was not true of the other bed in the room. I had looked online to be able to avoid the trend that I had heard about of bathrooms in hotels often not have doors or even being glassed in, not opaque as bathrooms should be no matter who is staying in the room. "Check in is at 3pm but the pool closed at 8:00pm which is early for guest that’s staying at the hotel, that was very disappointing for my family. We booked 8 rooms."

"Eric at the front desk set us up with a fabulous room for our 38th anniversary, and a bottle of champagne. They provided transportation to restaurants and many other amenities. The staff was very courteous and professional. The 7th floor pool area was awesome, with a bar and very attentive servers. We really enjoyed ourselves, they made us feel like royalty."
