"Had an ocean view room with a balcony. Saw otters and dolphins from our room. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to canary row, aquarium and wharf. Will be staying here any time we are in Monterey."

But I used the tower fan they had in the closet and it cooled the room rather quickly. Overall, I would come here again.
