Cari Chalet di Danau Lucerne

"Clean, neat, nice and helpfully staff, good location in old town. Good view from.your window room (fountain and murals). "

"Great place to stay and nest Old Town!"

"C’est un hôtel avec une réception virtuelle, qui n’a donc pas de comptoir réception physique, si nous avions su, nous n’y serions pas venus. Cette information devrait faire partie de la description de l’hôtel Nous préférons être accueillis par du personnel en présence. Nous n’avons vu aucun employé de l’hôtel durant les 2 jours où nous y avons séjourné. Nous ne pouvons donc évaluer cet aspect de notre séjour. Nous avons eu un seul contact téléphonique au moment de l’enregistrement. Très...

"The hotel is located in a very convenient spot, close to the train station, piers, historical places, and a beautiful view of the Chapel Bridge. The staff were lovely. Hotel provided F&B voucher which could be redeemed for any drink or meal at the hotel restaurant; my breakfast was well covered by it. 😀"

"I think the property is well situated close to old town lucerne and shops and dining. The hotel has an adjacent restaurant which is great. The property is close to train if travelling by train and close to lake lucerne if you want to book a boat excursion. Staff was friendly and attentive to needs and suggestions of what to do. Great place would recommend"

"Nestled in the mountains, the hotel is a dreamlike setting offering spectacular views of Lake Lucerne (Vierwaldstätter See). It is situated in a quiet area, fully immersed in nature. Ample parking is available. The breakfast is excellent, featuring gluten-free bread options. The Staff is very friendly and nice. Just a one-minute walk away, you will find the funicular that takes you down to the lake to board boats bound for various lakeside villages—including Rütli, the historic site where the...

"Quiet enough except for the door opener which is constant and sounds like a drill. Pillows on bed unconventional and uncomfortable. Would be perfect if those 2 issues were fixed."

"Clean and nice hotel but check in is in other building. I recommend this hotel 😊"

"Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "

"Everything was wonderful!"

"Awesome hotel. Incredible views. Staff were incredibly helpful. Arad (Rad) was very helpful in helping us deal with a highly stressful situation. But overall, great experience"
