"The Lucerne was in a wonderful location, very walkable to food, subway, Natural History Museum and Central Park. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and there daily housekeeping. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Stay itself was fine, staff not so great. My son had a bag of clothes in our room and housekeeping took it. My son has done everything he is supposed to do (contacting them, etc.) with no response. He wants his clothes back and if they are not going to give them back, then he should be compensated for them. I also tried to contact the hotel and no luck. I will dispute this on my credit card, as I don't see any other options."

"Rooms at the Maritime are “shipshape”— compact and well thought out. Spectacular views from every porthole window. Generous amenities including an exceptional complimentary breakfast in an attractive, respectfully hush lobby. Complimentary New York Times to read by the lobby fireplace. Staff is genuinely friendly and responsive. Great location. "

"Wifi is not working good, elevator right wing only one working so people have to que long time"

"Place was great with a great location! Room size was good for the price. 2 downsides were the elevators. Only 3 elevators and in the morning you could not get on an elevator with your luggage below floor 5. We had to take our suitcases down 3 flights of stairs. Also th breakfast area was too small for the hotel size, free breakfast but we couldn’t get in the door"

"Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Times Square und die Subway sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Rund um das Hotel gibt es diverse Möglichkeiten einzukaufen und etwas zu essen. Die Zimmer sind nicht besonders groß aber sauber und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist amerikanisch, bietet aber eigentlich alles was man braucht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 25. Stock und konnten sogar das Empire State sehen."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Leo house in new york. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is great and within walking distance to Subway's, taxi's and easy access to transportation. Plenty of shops to walk around and some excellent experiences. Not that far from time square either. Just wish I had 24/7 access to a minifridge and or a microwave. "

"I called a week before to ensure that parking was available, only to learn on arrival that they could not accommodate my oversized vehicle. That made for a nightmare in Times Square and ruined the stay."
