"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "Incredible atmosphere and staff, having a hotel on the waterfall is nothing short of beautiful. Only negative about the hotel is its accessibility. If you like to go out past 5pm, your return options are very limited unless you are driving. The hotel does provide some free transportation, which was great from getting to/from the train stop. No AC, but they provided fans upon request. We were there on the hottest day of the year and it wasn’t so bad. Any other time of year and it is probably not...

"Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. The restaurant is in the same location across the road and we had a reasonable meal there. There is also a good Brazilian restaurant nearby. Be aware...

"The hotels appearance is overwhelming. The views from the terraces is beautiful. The staff is great. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend staying during the summer months and confirming the rooms are heated in the cooler months."
