"Although room appeared to be clean, there are moisture stains all over in the room sealing, in the bathroom. Property is dirty with overfilled garbage cans. The area was not looking particularly safe either.
Hotel and room had disgusting smell. Only circumstances kept us to stay overnight.
I cannot rate the breakfast offered as it was so un-appetizing by the look of it, very limited offerings."

"The rooms are small but comfortable, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable! Location is great, front-desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The exercise gym is spacious and well-designed, looking onto a small patio. This is my second stay at this hotel and I would book it again when returning to downtown Madison."
