"Clean with a beautiful view, lots of choices for breakfast and great tasting food. The ac stayed very cold and heater very warm. "

"The property appeared to have been built quite recently. It is located on a quiet street, and boasts sufficient off-street parking. Check-in and out went well without issues. The room was nice; comfortable, quiet, and with an interesting floor plan that made it seem much larger than most. A breafast buffet and 24/7 coffee were most welcome. We.enjoyed the in-room coffee maker and the two large TV's (with Netflix access, no less!). The only demerits would be for the thin, scratchy towels --...

"I made the choice to not eat breakfast after viewing the condition of my room and the smoke smell from the hall. "

"The room was dirty. The carpet was stained as well as the curtains. The towels had black stains on them. The hotel was going through a renovation while we were there. The entire building was filthy. The shower water was luke warm at best only after running the shower for several minutes. One good thing I will say is there were no bed bugs. I can only assume that is because even bed bugs have standards. "

"The best attribute of this hotel is the location. The hotel is fine. Parking is easy. Location is great."

" It was a fully booked hotel but we were able to to find parking alright. The staff were very nice. However, our room had a very concerning odor, like must mixed with urine. The Door to our building had issues and sometimes would not open with our key card. The pancake machine and juice machine were not functioning properly. "

"Softest sheets ever. Very charming room. The free breakfast was a nice touch. It’s bacon and eggs basically. If you want to order off the menu you get a discount but cofee is not included in that case. A little nickle and dimey imho. I was in room 12 which is very close to the interstate highway. I would try to get a room further away so it’s less noisy. Overall, very charming property"

"Lovely historic property in downtown Mobile so the location is great. Recently updated room, very clean, nice quality linens. Unfortunately my room had no hot water at all. Water pressure was awesome, just very cold. I left hot water valve open for a while, hoping for at least Luke warm - nope, just cold water. "
