"Everything about this hotel was top notch."

"Check in and out was quick and easy. Friendly staff. Daily breakfast with some variety of items."

"Check in was smooth! Check out was easy. What i didn't like was the double payment of the security deposit, even know it was only $20 a day i was charged it on arrival and on check out. Although for my bank the refund of the deposit was quick 24 hours after check out. It was still dumb."

"Dirty sheets, beds were uncomfortable and there was a hole directly under the sink that my dog could fit through and she’s a big pitbull. Water pressure was nonexistent and the water knob was completely broken off sitting on the side of the tub."

"This place is amazing! I stayed for 4 nights and loved every bit of it. The beds are very comfortable, the place is really neat with the jungle and plants set up. The kitchen is great! It had everything I needed. The place was very clean and the staff was professional and was great at communicating. German village is awesome and everything is walkable. I will be definitely be back! "This hotel is a unique experience, great for beer lovers or travelers with dogs. We love being greeted with complimentary beers. The food is not as good as when we stayed five years prior. It used to be the best breakfast we have had at a hotel, but now is a lot more standard. Hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are clean except for a few small details like vents. Someone had been smoking outside and the scent was getting brought in by the A/C unit in the night."

"The beds were comfortable but that is the end of the positive. The seets had cigarette burns, there was hair in the tub drain, our towels were stained red, the carpet was stained, the entire hotel smelled of a combination of Marijuana and cigarette smoke, the breakfast options were bagels or toast, and to top it all off the safety inspection in the loan elevator was more than 30 days expired."

"Really not much good to say. This property is not safe to stay in. I am so disappointed in Expedia advertising this property. I requested a refund. The place is unsafe. Your stay is shared with rats. Yes rats. I informed the prooerty of the issue and I was told that I would get a refund. I had to stay in this filth my whole stay. These issues was addressed an hour after I got in the prooerty. This is only some issues. I stayed awake for three days. This is not acceptable not. I'm sick and this...
