"There was an issue with the keycard printer so we did not have a way to enter our room without a staff member opening it for us. But, the staff was very apologetic and quickly got us into our room each time we needed to be let in. We couldn’t get our tv to work, but William came and fixed everything for us. He escorted us to our room on several occasions. He did it all with a smile and being very courteous."

"Room was very clean and functional. Bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. No elevator was a challenge for third floor room. Should have paid attention to that comment to make special request known. A/C worked great which was nice since it was a humid day."

"Great experience! We love it here! It isa cabin behind the motel, wooden fenced in yard, firepit, a smoker, charcoal grill, and a gas grill outside( very well cleaned). Very cozy and spacious inside, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything we needed. The staff is very polite and friendly. The pool has nice cool water and is well kept. Not to mention many hiking trials, boat rentals, and everything Mount Petit Jean has to offer, nearby. Oh and not to mention, very budget friendly!"
