"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Down Inn. The staff were friendly, our room was comfortable and clean, and parking was easy. There was a good choice of food on the breakfast menu and the cooked dishes were well cooked. If anything there was a bit too much food, but that's a personal preference.
